I engaged Berry Family Law in August 2017 and they demanded upfront fees and the Barristers fees upfront before they started any work on my case and they assured me that I am in good hands and to trust their work, with nothing to worry about, they have been doing this work for many years!
at the trial Berry Family Law did not pay attention to my case as he promised and it is not just money it is cost me over 24 month to resolve the issues without his help or offering to fix his mistakes.
in April 2020 I have logged a claim at Vcat against Berry Family Law for carelessness or negligence by Berry Family Law.
Berry Family Law decided to engage other lawyers to defend his case (how good are they the claim they are good and they cannot defend themselves against me I have never been not a one day at law school.)
I believe that Berry family Law got away from this claim due to the system we are living in NO JUSTICE!
