Had my fair share of bad conveyancers and I don't really write reviews good or bad,
but this one deserves it, By Far the worst practice I have engaged with despite against the recommendation from my mortgage broker from the last experience when they settled my previous property.
I have actually complaint to consumer affairs for their Mal practices and cheating;
would not use them ever again or even recommend anyone using them.

This is hopeless lawyer. Always comes up with excuses. Given job almost a year before the settlement date and all the documents ready for him and finance was also ready and still could not be able to settle land on title date. Ended up paying $550 to developer's lawyer for not settling on time. Not reviewed SOA and not able to explain basis of charges under SOA. You may find this as big name, but name without substance. Most inefficient. Charged us $765 but not worth spending those money as we ended up paying more $550 to developer's lawyer. Careless and unprofessional handling.
