In my honest opinion DCA Failed to observe the act relevant to my case is which clearly outlined the party litigating against me were doing so in breach of that act.

Consented to a cost order of over 10k without my authority

Failed to have the protections allegedly negotiated by DCA written to the orders of consent or that cost order which gave rise to a second case and more costs.

I will say that in 2010 dca did provide a reasonable conveyance service to me.

But in this matter the failed me - avoid
