Incompetent

If you are looking for a team to do your Will's and Estate do not go with this team, they are highly incompetent to follow procedures in a timely manner, they do not keep you informed on what is going on or what needs to be done, and they lack knowledge in the field. Do not sign with this team in my opinion.
