Lee Flannigan and Rebekah Case have deliberately made false court filings so the and suffering from disability of stole victims can continue.

Arnold Thomas & Becker represented me in an workplace injury case. The team were friendly and supportive through the three years that the case took to resolve. Lee Flanagan the "principle" of ATB withheld a significant Conflict of Interest in my matters, forced a so called "outcome" against my will, and held a business relationship with the defendants I was challenging - unannounced. Taking action against them in the Supreme Court added another layer of complexity, revealing "protectionism" within the Melbourne Legal Industry. In a nutshell, ATB "wrangle" behind the scenes, withhold important informations you as a supposed client ought to know, and they reveal they are likely "connected" within the Court judgement processes to enforcements otherwise not your due. I am available for a first hand account, with documentations to verify claims. I am eager to speak out about their Industry practices which, in my case matters, was shambolic to say the very least. ATB hurt me personally and professionally, and they hurt my family 'driving a wedge' between my father and I.

From the initial meeting with Lee Flanagan, we felt as though we were being listened to and were not just another person. Looking after us all the way was Matthew Fitzgerald, we can would highly recommend him to anyone who requires legal assistance!!

I believe I have received the maximum settlement on a common law claim on my employer by using Arnold Thomas & Becker. I approached Morris and Blackburn first and they said I didn’t have a claim. I made an appointment with Arnold Thomas & Becker, and they appointed a very compassionate lawyer , Alex to handle my claim. He was considerate and approached it in very caring and professional manner. The worth of the claim exceeded 1 million dollars, I can’t believe Morris and Blackburn said there was no claim. Make up your own mind.
