Excruciatingly incompetent and awful
An excruciatingly incompetent and inexperienced conveyancer from this firm was responsible for my house sale. She made so many mistakes and was so incompetent that myself and my mortgage broker had to step in and manage the process as the house sale appeared to be in jeopardy. In the end, I had to liaise directly with the vendor's conveyancer and attend settlement myself. It is thanks to my mortgage broker and not these guys that settlement happened when it was meant to.
There seems to be a pattern of bait and switch here.
Mortgage broker recommends this mob. Monica Shamon calls to say how experienced she is. Then you never get to speak to her again but instead deal with very young inexperienced staff who do not have a clue what they are doing.
