Unfortunately, there isn't an option of giving zero stars as such I have given 1 star. He put a disabled senior in a supreme court case when she was not even required to be part of the case. He purposely, withheld information so he could drag the case on and keep bleeding money from a disabled senior. The opposing party wanted to settle out of court and made a settlement offer but Mr John Sutherland never told us about the offer. A matter which we were not to be a part of, he dragged us into it and when we could hv gotten out of it for $6k offer from the opposing party, he withheld that information. It cost us $80k+. Beware of his low fees, which are just a bait he specializes in Wills & Estate law but in our case gambled our money to gain experience in the Supreme court.
