Unreliable Executor
Natalie Cole is an unreliable executor.
My grandmother died six months ago, and yet Natalie has not even applied for probate, nor has she provided important information about the estate. This is despite almost a dozen requests over that period. By failing to administer the estate efficiently, transparently and impartially, Natalie is in breach of her fiduciary duty. If she continues this way, she may be removed from her position as executor. I highly recommend seeking legal assistance elsewhere.
