Unacceptable
I would not recommend David Nelmes! They have been handling a will for our family for over four years, and the matter is still not resolved!!
The entire process has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Four years is an extraordinary amount of time to be dealing with an estate, particularly during what is already a difficult and emotional time for a family. We expected clear communication, reasonable progress, and a much greater sense of urgency.
Unfortunately, the ongoing delays and lack of resolution have caused unnecessary stress and frustration for everyone involved. After more than four years, we are still waiting for this matter to be finalized.
I would STRONGLY recommend considering other legal representation if you are looking for someone to handle a will or estate efficiently and in a timely manner.
