Before you engage a solicitor from NAW&W for your property sale, THINK TWICE😄

Rather than seeking instructions from the vendor and providing them back to the prospective purchaser, lovely bloke Dominic questioned the motive behind the prospective purchaser's very ordinary requests ( 5% deposit on exchanging the contract and extended settlement term, which was verbally confirmed by the real estate agent that was fine).

Good luck with anyone dealing with this lovely bloke in the future. Go Dominic!
