Marie Nguyen will waste your time!
Marie Nguyen at Marcus Alyssandra Lawyers was referred to us by our broker. Our first engagements over the phone and emails were standard introductory talks. When Marie requested personal documents to move ahead with discovering if we can apply for a mortgage refinance, we never received any email replies back, nor phone calls returned even though messages have been left on her voice mail and with their reception.
2 months later and a trail of unanswered emails, we can only assume Marie has ghosted us for whatever reason. It has been an immense waste of time and applied additional stress we didn't need. We would have appreciated at least an email or phone call return from Marie to announce she didn't want to continue doing business with us if that was the case rather than us chasing endlessly into the void.
What a huge waste of time!
Go elsewhere if you want professionalism!
