Disaster – Case dragged through the Personal Injury commission knowing that pathology didn't substantiate injury. Refer to Chabior v Insurance Australia Limited t/as NRMA Insurance 2024.

As per member Ford, in the above case- Based on the results of validity screening in the current assessment and the absence of alternative objective data, it is opined that there is a significant degree of MALINGERING or exaggeration regarding psychological symptoms. Claimant failed 3, NOT 1, separate validity measure screenings.

NOT ANY of the "CTP Lawyers" at this place, or their paralegals could identify that. Yet they claim to have "specialised" skills, claiming to have done "Accredited" courses. In reality, their Law qualifications, came from a fortune cookie. Those cheap ones that you buy from the grocerer, that no one else wants.

Tanjilla Ferdousi: They have just wasted my time on my workplace injury case . So poor communication . They keep changing my lawyer even without informing me . First one year they just told me working on my case that's taking long time . When my workplace insurance even was supposed to close the case , I had tried calling them to inform that but they even didn't bother or given me a call back .

I'm still suffering on that injury but I have no medical cover even just because of the lack of communication and unhelpful support this law farm.

Cassey Winterbottom: Agree with some others here that if you need a lawyer that totally doesn't care about you, have no idea of what they're doing, and keep sending you threats that you'll lose the case, hire them. Otherwise, it's not even worth your time to contact them because they don't even care about their clients and have no idea what they're doing. Very disappointing.

Sam Bdeir: While you are having the initial consultation with Majed Issa make sure you ask him if he is acquainted to the individual or firm you are seeking compensation from. If Majed Issa says " They are my friend" Forget everything and run! and don't look back. Cause trust me, he will take your money and bat for the other side.

QQ2020: CHARLATAN! DO NOT give this man your money or your time. He will waste them both. My Workcomp case was tucked away in his drawer for 3 years and did no work on my case whatsoever.

They advertise jobs themselves, because no recruiter will represent them. Each position, will drastically end at the 3 month point, but this company lives and co-exists, in some parallel universe
