Overcharging mislead Court
My lawyer Glenda Laurence, made Application to the Family Court for a Interim draw down of marital pool for my accrued costs. She also included estimated costs for Trial preparation.
The following month I received a bill taking ALL the funds I was awarded from the marital pool. Therefore I had no funds left for the final Trial preparation.
She told me that if I didn’t pay her updated invoice she would report me to the Family Court and I would be frowned upon by the Family Court Judge.
I left her and went elsewhere with no funds for my Trial preparation.
Ms Laurence formally of Rockwell Oliver now Argyle misled me and mislead the Family Court Judge.
