Unreasonable price with no professional service!! Given WRONG advice on first home stamp duty concession, had to attend state of revenue to get our overpaid money back! Take your money on settlement and forget about post settlement service. WRONG settlement adjustment sheet, had to fixed here and there, bits and pieces for more than three times!! NEVER remember to forward water and council rates to relevant offices and caused us to pay overdue fees and interests!! NO SERVICE -We have to contact vendor solicitor because they're too busy and got other urgent cases!! Yes that's the way they treat their clients after settlement.
Don't waste money!! Learn from our mistakes and Never go to them!!
