My experience with this firm was ultimately disappointing. I found the overall engagement did not meet expectations and zero support was provided with payment of additional exorbitant unexpected fees being charged.
At various points, I felt there was lack of clarity around how matters were progressing and what the overall engagement would involve. This created a degree of uncertainty that made it difficult to feel fully comfortable or confident throughout the process.
In my view, greater transparency and clearer communication would have significantly improved the experience. As it stands, I was left with a service that did not align with what I had anticipated at the outset.
Those considering engaging this firm may wish to take extra care to ensure expectations and contractual costs are clearly understood and regularly revisited as the matter progresses.

I noticed their 20 minute free consultation & booked a time. Was expecting a call - but it appeared that I was forgotten or Just ignored. Very disappointed, id suggest they are lacking in professionalism!

our solicitor William Onishi answered all of our legal questions, communicated effectively with us and followed up with us on its progress. He worked on our discretionary trust setup and trustee company setup and he provided us with trust, tax, GST and stamp duty advice. Thanks for your hard work on this!

William Onishi did an excellent work for drafting my Will, my Enduring Power of Attorney and my Appointment of Enduring Guardian. I am 81 years old and you were very kind, very professional and you did a great job as you explained everything to me and I felt very satisfied when I signed. Thank you so much!
