Mark is the contrary to this choosing to not attach an office address in ANY of his websites online. THERE IS ALSO A REASON FOR THIS. One who HIDES & is as DECEPTIVE as this man does so again FOR A PARTICULAR REASON

As soon as Mark MacDiarmid came on as ICL, he was cold to our party (Step Mother, biological Father and our lawyer) at the same time mark (ICL) was overtly friendly with the other party (predominantly Olivia Wilkins, opposing lawyer), it wasn't uncommon for Mark and the oppositional lawyer to jokes and laugh, it was however more common for them to talk quietly in the court room and also spend time together outside the court room. It was obvious that Mark not only had chosen a side but had done so quickly and before much evidence was put forward.
Mark did such a poor job representing the children that it was recommended that we request a new ICL however I was reluctant as I knew it wouldn't be long until his clear bias and tunnel vision would discredit the stance he had from the beginning. Unsurprisingly Mark sent others in his place for the last few court dates as it became increasingly harder for him to fight against us.
Mark's inability to change his stance as more and more evidence was provided that contradicted what he'd been saying for approximately 4 years was so incredibly strange, I wouldn't blame someone for thinking he was representing the opposing party rather than the children.
I take comfort in knowing that sharing part of our story in this public way will help others. It's interesting that someone who's been in law for such a long time doesn't have a google listing.
Despite Marks actions and lack of, our children are now safe, praise the Lord Jesus Christ.
