Engaged this firm in 2024 to handle a straightforward commercial lease assignment. Despite paying all fees in full and providing all necessary documents, the matter was not completed.
Repeated follow-ups over 10 months received little to no response. Eventually, the solicitor advised over the phone that they would no longer act and suggested finding someone else — without formally disengaging or completing the work.
This delay created significant uncertainty around a commercial tenancy and placed the client in a vulnerable position.
