Not the Level of Service I Expected
I engaged this firm for assistance with a family related matter and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Over a period of five months, there no visible progress on my file and no completed work product was ever provided, with poor communication on progress. I also received exactly the same explanations for delays on more than one occasion, which added to the frustration.
When the matter finally ended, I was invoiced for work that I did not see reflected in any tangible output. Although the firm apologised for Emma’s inaction, the overall experience did not meet the standard of responsiveness or professionalism I expected when engaging a specialist practice.
Others may have different experiences, but based on mine, I would encourage prospective clients to ask detailed questions about timelines, communication expectations, and deliverables before engaging.
