I can’t recommend Christy Riad highly enough. Going through family legal matters can be extremely stressful and emotional, but she handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. From the beginning, she took the time to clearly explain the process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt supported every step of the way.

What stood out most was her ability to stay calm, focused, and practical while still being understanding of the situation. She always communicated clearly and made sure I understood my options before any decisions were made.

I am genuinely shocked reading the reviews received for this Firm. I have dealt with 8-9 solicitors . Not to mention my experience which i will share soon, Even legal representatives have told me that Olivia takes on so many matters and has no time to concentrate on one.
My experience with them have been nothing but traumatic from day 1.
I am a genuine mother of a teenager who the father took away from me to live with his parents, has been breaching parenting court orders and still this madam Olivia declined family therapy for the child and me after meeting my daughter ONCE for 20 minutes. She was going to do an online meeting with her for namesake. She changed it to face to face on my request. She stated in the court document that I need a mental assessment WITHOUT MEETING ME EVEN ONCE. I work as one of the employees in NSW. Imagine this lady stating things in your case without any credibility. I have experienced Olivia lying to me whilst being self represented and saying the opposite to Her Honor when questioned during a hearing. Let me assure you that Legal Aid or the Court WILL NOT change your ICL once attended unless this madam has factually done something. I have tried all those avenues. This law firm has let a genuine mother down and my tears has fallen on them which will not go unheard. Be careful and alert before you USE THEM. They will say many things to get them on board!!!!! If you trust your lawyer and your lawyer wants the best for you, they WILL NOT ask you to use this Firm. Any questions , reach out, I can EVEN SHOW you paperwork. I met Her father Mr. Philip for the last court hearing where my Lawyer seeked the court to order Family Therapy as a last resort to re-instate my relation with my only child with experts . Philip stated in his submissions " He opposes that in words beyond " . This Man HAS NOT even MET OR SPOKEN TO MY DAUGHTER OR ME BEFORE STATING HIS SUBMISSIONS. Reason I am putting this review is to make SURE no one else goes through what I did because of this firm's DON'T CARE ATTITUDE.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Christy Riad who handled my recent t family law matter I know it wasn’t one of the usual cases that you handle this o e was a bit different to most but Christy was wonderful and very supportive she kept me up to date at all times was very attentive to my needs and wants and I would very highly recommend her to anybody looking for a lawyer for family law again from the bottom of my heart thank you Christy for a wk Sergio result
